Coq au Vin alla Italiana
When I first saw this recipe I was intruiged. I had never heard of it, so I did some research on its origins and what to serve with it. I was a hit with my mother-in-law's birthday. However, I added a few more vegetables and used some 5 day old wine. Next time I will use a little more salt and open a fresh bottle of wine. We voted five stars
