These were super moist! The banana was delicious and useful! I brought to a friend's BBQ and they thought it was weird at first, then they tired it- and loved it! If you love bananas- try it! It tastes like a chocolate dipped banana! MMmmm

German Sweet Chocolate Cake I

I made this for my step-father's birthday. German chocolate is his favorite, whereas my mom and I can't stand it much. We tried this, and I had seconds! It was really that good. So moist, so delicious!

Light Chicken Piccata

This chicken had SO much flavor!! It was so simple to make! I didn't have any vermouth, so I threw some Grey Goose in instead-- incredible!! I was shocked by the flavor it packed! Such a simple recipe, so delicious! Definitely making this again!

Chicken and Dumplings III

Butternut Squash Soup

I loooved this soup! I added more cayenne to kick it up, I love spicy! I added some bouillon cubes to the stock also, had LOTS of flavor.

Banana-Zucchini Bread

My boyfriend and I finished the loaf in one day! It was GREAT! I had to give the second loaf away to keep from devouring it! Greeeeeeeat recipe! Left out the berries and nuts though. Thought it was better without.

Sunshine Chicken

Alright recipe. Easy when you don't have a lot on hand. The sauce goes well with pork also. I used it on chicken and pork, as I didn't have quite enough of either. Tastes kind of like a take and bake mix, or a simple hot wing sauce. Good though, nice flavor. I'll add more garlic and some hoisin sauce next time.

Green Sauce Enchiladas

Very light and delicious! My guys loved it. I used Mozzerela cheese, because that's what I had. I also used a can of green salsa instead of enchilada sauce. My guys LOVED it! Had like half the stuffing left over, I'll half the recipe next time. You could fry up tortillas individually, top with filling, and green salsa, and enjoy again! =)
