Very simple, fun, & festive! I brought this cake to a Labor Day party & it was a huge hit... there was almost none left. I did use the sliced pound cake but next time I'd like to try cutting out some of the unneccessary calories (using a white cake mix - though that wouldn't save any time -, Sugar Free Jello, and Light Cool Whip).

Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Wonderful recipe! It was a huge hit with my boyfriend who ate the tenderloin by himself! I was unable to try it but tasted the marinade & it was delicious! I will definitely be making this recipe again - it was very easy & took very little time to prepare.

Yummiest Green Beans Ever

These were a huge hit with my boyfriend (who doesn't even like mustard). I think he ate them all by himself. I was unable to try them but they looked delicious!

Deluxe Mashed Potatoes

These were delicious! I made a minor adjustment, I added some very finely chopped onion & cheddar cheese on the top for the last minutes in the oven. My boyfriend loved them!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

I made this for my family & they enjoyed it... I made a few small changes but it came out well... I like that it was simple enough to make and the wine sauce was excellent. Great recipe!
