I'm a college student learning and growing everyday in both life and cooking. I've always enjoyed cooking, but in the past few years have started showing serious interest and trying to improve my skills. Soups, casseroles, anything sweet, things that fit a college student's budget :) Every Christmas my mom makes wonderful cinnamon butterscotch pecan rolls that I look forward to more than the gifts! Anytime I enjoy what I make I consider it a triumph at this stage in the game. The fist time I made a cake from scratch for father's day I did not realize that Pam does not equal buttering and flouring the pan. My cake tasted delicious although half of it was stuck to the pans!
