Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
I made this for New Year's Eve, and it was a big hit! I used around 45 small mushrooms, which used up all the stuffing. I added marinated artichoke hearts and only a small pinch of cayenne pepper. The marinated artichoke hearts created created the perfect mix of flavors. I put a little bit of breadcrumbs in each mushroom and also dipped the mushroom tops in melted butter before baking. Delish!

Moroccan-Style Stuffed Acorn Squash
This is a lot of fun to make with all the interesting colors and flavors! I added cinnamon, nutmeg, and one sliced apple as suggested in the reviews. I used veg broth and went without the celery. My boyfriend and I both loved it, but it came out a tad too sweet. Next time I'll try to decrease the sweet and increase the savory. A fun fall recipe!

Cindy's Pumpkin Pie
This is my favorite pumpkin pie! My boyfriend and I made it twice, we loved it so much. The second time we added more pumpkin (1.5 of the smaller cans) and a little less ice cream just to make it a little more pumpkin-y. It got rave reviews at Thanksgiving, and it was talked about for days after!
