I have a lil one and a husband that is in the Military. I have to be ready at any moment to cook up a wonderful meal for them or many others that may wonder into my house. I love frying things and making mashed potatoes. I am a meat and potatoes person. My dad was very adventurous with his cooking and I believe that is something I have taken on. He's also a wonderful baker, I try my hand at that. Cakes are our specialities When I learned how to make biscuits and gravy. It's become a staple in our weekend lives :o) Well I have these pots that are AWFUL! Everything sticks to them. I worked all day trying to make jambalaya and it burnt to the bottom!!!!
