Hamburgers and Ketchup Gravy
I made this tonight and followed the directions to a T. If you like ketchup you'll like this because that's the strong flavor. I can't honestly even give this a half star.

Vietnamese Beef Pho
Star Anise, fried chopped garlic is an absolute necessity in this recipe. And I totally agree to delete hoisin sauce, lemon grass and basil.
