I love cooking almost anything,as long as it comes out good...if not I'm disappointed....
My favorite family cooking traditions
Christams turkey dinner.We've had it since I was a baby and we will never change it(once we did and then we made it for New year's day...we missed it so much).These last couple of years I choose and cook a recipe for second Xmas day...
My cooking triumphs
Well I usually make something special when we are having company or for a party....never had any complaints,always very positive feedback...I guess the nicest things said to me where that I make some dishes better than my mom(who's an excellent cook) and that one of my dishes was so good it felt like eating out :D
My cooking tragedies
Well I've made some pretty bad stuff,but mostly because I'm a picky eater and didn't like it(while the rest enjoyed it,or at least they said they did)...for example many years ago I made fish goulash....everybody ate it,except me...I ordered out ;)

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin
This was sooo great!!I made this for second Xmas day(26/12) and everybody loved it!Very easy to make,hardly took any time to prepare and the tenderloin turned out perfect,moist and delicious!!
