Ropa Vieja in a Slow Cooker
This was a great, easy recipe. I only used 1/2 of a green and 1/2 of a red pepper because that is all I had but, everything else was the same. We had two last minute guests and they loved it also. I served it with yellow rice and plantains. Two men and two 11 year old boys ate almost all of it!!

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
I all I can say is this was amazing and I used 1/2 and 1/2 (only a cup ~ which I will cut down to 3/4s of a cup next time because it's even so good without it). I used spicy chicken sausage and whole wheat egg noodles. DH said it is the *best pasta ever* and I healthy'd it up! This is a winner and will be a regular at our house. I did add some mushrooms that I had in the fridge. YUUUUUMMMMMYYYYY. Thanks.

Chili Cheese Dip V
This was fantastic. I was looking for a way to use some leftover chili and this was recommended. I couldn't believe something so easy would be such a hit! I made it for a few friends and it was gone in 10 min. We decided that we are going to have to make sure we always have leftover chili so we can make this the next day.
