Pizza Dough III
Good dough...but I had to add more than just a 'little' extra flour. 2 cups of flour, and mine still looked like soup. I would say I added about another cup. The dough had good taste, and I pre-baked it on my stone at 400 until it was turning a little bit brown, before adding my toppings.

Gouda Spinach Quiche
This is a great quiche! The spinach should really be pressed, to get the excess moisture out...but even without doing that the flavor was awesome! It is definitely enough to make 2 quiches. I used 2c. of the gouda cheese and ham instead of the bacon. Had enough egg mixture left over to make a second quiche. YUMMY!

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups
Oh...this was good! I used Mrs. Cubbisons stuffing mix for the breading. I wasn't able to find the cream cheese stuff at the store, so I just used cream cheese with about 1 tsp of garlic powder in it. Delicious!!!!
