Asparagus and Tomato Salad with Yogurt-Cheese Dressing
Hate yogurt. LOVE this dressing. Perfect. I used hot mustard, which gave it a nice kick.

Sweet Potato and Hazelnut Mashed Potatoes
This does go very well with the Shitake / Port reduction tenderloin. The texture is very smooth, like a puree. The nutty / earthy hazelnut flavor is very nice.

Beef Tenderloin in a Port Shiitake Reduction
The reduction is a keeper, for sure. Personal taste, but I think I'm going to try it again without cubing the tenderloin.
