Salmon Cakes II
use cooked fresh/frozen salmon fillets!!! double the hot sauce and add garlic, green onion, and old bay seasoning. a HUGE improvement. SO YUMMY.

Blue Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
these are great! everyone LOVED them. so easy too. i used gorganzola instead of blue cheese. i also added a bit of white wine to the bottom of the baking dish while they cooked. YUM
