Stuffed Green Peppers I
SOOO GOOD...only if you add a lot more flavor. i added 6 garlic cloves along with the onion and beef. then added 1t. basil, 1t. oregano, 1t. thyme and doubles the worcestershire. then to make it super easy, i added the tomato soup with diced tomatoes and cookeduntil gravy-esk. i browned the peppers on the BBQ for 10 mins instead of boiling (adds tons more flav), assembled everything, then popped in the broiler till cheese was bubbly. this way you dont have to cook for another 35 mins. faster and easier!
