Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
Delicious. Used extra dijon mustard, skipped the sugar and forgot the oil but did not miss it.

Basic Cheesecake
This turned out fantastic! If you use store bought graham cracker crusts, there will be enough for 2 pies. I accidentally bought neufchatel cream cheese and it did not seem to matter. This was a project that my teenage son and 2 friends did to take a break from homework. I did not help at all and it turned out delicious. It went so well they are going to make another batch tomorrow.

Marrakesh Vegetable Curry
It's true. It is that good. The cinnamon adds something special. Precooking spices is important. Also added fresh coriander. I had been looking for a generic veg curry because I had turnip, potato, green beans, celery, green peppers and zucchini on hand from the garden and of course the onion and garlic. It did not seem to matter. It was delicious. I added a tablespoon of honey (sweet freaks) and 2 chicken bouillon cubes for salt.
