Shrimp Scampi V

as written this has no flavor/no good flavor and the sauce is much too thin. Too make it worth the shrimp i cooked down to half, added lemon juice, garlic salt and a diced tomato, making it a 5 star meal.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Awesome- I couldnt find fresh chilis, so i used 1 poblano & 1 jalepeno and it had just enough heat. The whole family loved it and have requested it again for the weekend.

This is great and definately worth the time and effort. Everyone loved it - I will make it again but not for thanksgiving or christmas. Its very good but doesnt really go with the traditional holiday menu.

Oatmeal Pie IV

This is awesome. I had never heard of oatmeal pie and was suprised how great this really was. Everyone loved it and it was super easy to make. Will definately make again - perhaps next time with a bit more oatmeal. Its quite sweet, (not that its a bad thing) Be sure to top it with some whipped cream!

World's Best Lasagna

This was ok, but i would never call it the worlds best and am very suprised that so many gave this 5 stars. I followed the recipe exactly except for adding the remaining noodles that were going to be thrown out. (?) It is way to tomato paste-y and does not need 12 oz! this makes it too salty as well. I also think it would need 2x the onion and garlic as called for. Like I said, it was ok, but far from world's best!

Blackberry Pie I

This pie turned out perfectly! It was delicious and was immediately devoured by my family along with some vanilla bean ice cream. It's so easy to make, I did as others suggested with the egg brushed on the shell. A perfect summer desert!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This is excellent! My husband and kids loved it and they can be picky if dinner's not meat and potatos. I wasn't sure about the sauce - but it just made the dish! We'll definately make this again.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

I just made these cookies for the kids first day of school. They are fantastic! Definately a keeper that I will surely make over and over again. I was not a huge fan of oatmeal cookies--but I am now!
