Chicken Noodle Soup
I cooked chicken breast in the crock pot in chicken broth for several hours and used that meat in the soup. Next time I will add more carrots, other than that I thought it was prefect! All my kids loved it (ages 1, 3, 5, & 7). Super soup - thanks for a great recipe!

Souper Joes
A tastey, quick recipe that my whole family loves. Sometimes I serve over noodles and add a little sour cream to make it more like a stroganoff. I usually omit the cheese just to save a few calories. It's yummy either way.

Blueberry Coffee Cake II
I doubled it and baked in a 9 x 13 pan (and threw in a few extra blueberries b/c I needed to use them up.) Absolutely delicious!
