Marinated Baked Pork Chops
This was a good and easy recipe after a long day at work! I did double the sauce, and will likely bake pork chops with this recipe again. (We ate regular apple sauce with it and found it to be a good combo).

Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Onions
Perfect side dish!! I love sweet potatoes, and they turned out great! I was worried about them being too hard, but they actually were very soft. I think I could have baked them uncovered for 10-15 minutes, but they were still really tasty...Oh, I omited the almonds, only because I had none to throw in.

Quick and Easy Peach Cobbler
This was a great peach cobbler. My husband LOVED it! I added just a dash of nutmeg and about 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
