Very good, although lacking something. Definitely doesn't need a whole packet of taco seasoning. Use lots of cilantro. Also added frozen corn. Yum!

Slow Cook Thai Chicken

Only ok, I also do a Peanut Butter Noodle from this site that is the same basic thing and MUCH better. To be fair I used lemon instead of lime juice and only used 1/2 cup peanut butter which is why I gave this a 4 star.

Ultra Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Very good, I did use some already prepared vegetable broth to boil the potatoes in, then added bought chicken broth. I also use WHITE pepper only - works so much better than black with potatoes, brussel sprouts, etc.

Unbelievably good. I add a cup of frozen green peas and a cup of frozen corn. It does make a lot, but keeps really well - probably better day 2 or 3.

Pumpkin Ravioli with Hazelnut Cream Sauce

Very good. I have been searching for the ultimate pumpkin ravioli for years after having had it while traveling. I would say that the hazelnuts are unnecessary (and so time consuming anyway). I used a lot of spinach instead of the sorrel and substituted large shells. Next time I'll only fill each shell about half full, as I found the filling to pasta ratio a bit high when completely stuffed. Very close to "the one". Definitely recommend a white sauce not tomato based or even a pesto on this one (and the one included here is pretty good).

Indian Chicken Curry II

Not bad, but definitely not a 5 star. Would leave out lemon juice as another reviewer suggested as well as cook the spices beforehand. I also should have used full fat coconut milk. With those changes the flavors should be stronger and the sauce creamier.

Sweet and Sour Pork Patties

Awesome! My picky 2 year old and not quite as picky husband and 4 year old ate this up. I sauteed half an onion and half a green pepper as well and added with the sauce at the end. Would probably add twice as much or more of both next time. Also halved the amount of red pepper because of the aforementioned children and still had a nice kick. Thank you!

Peanut Butter Noodles

Absolutely awesome!!! Can't imagine why anyone would rate this less than a 5. We added grilled chicken, cilantro and vidalia onions instead of green onions (we were out). Used a bit less chili paste too. My 4 and 2 year old daughters LOVED it - two very tough customers!
