French Toast Bake

this was awesome! I tore up the bread so the egg mixture would be even throughout. i even used up some bread ends I had in the fridge. Baked about 35 minutes before adding blueberries(could have been less)

I personally liked this, but it was a flop with the family- when I asked how they liked the chicken, one said they thought it was pork and another said they thought it was beef.

Bread and Celery Stuffing

My husband is a die hard stovetop lover and declared this stuffing better! Great way to use up stale bread. I was in a time crunch, so I dried the bread out in the oven before adding to butter mixture.

Glazed Meatloaf I

I'm giving this 2 stars since it was not what I expected and my meatloag loving husband and son did not like- two sweet(alhough my daughter who hates meatloaf and loves sweets loved it. It was sweet(not what I like in meatloaf) and the bread was cooked in clumps(even thought I cut into tiny peices. If you like sweet main dishes, this one is for you

Garlic Croutons

These were awesome- I cut back on the butter- used a stick for a french stick I had in the freezer. We used them on top of the casear salad supreme from this website, but we also snacked on at least half of them before dinner!

Caesar Salad Supreme

this is restaurant quality- dressing and croutons are what make it. I skip the anchovies(we don't like) and reduce garlic in dressing for the kids. I put in pan fried chicken strips to make it a main dish.

Amish Macaroni Salad

this is delicious- I will not be buying any from the deli anymore! I kept sugar to 1/4 cup and skipped the red pepper(we don't like it in mac salad). We also cut down on the onion and celery to suit our taste. YUM!

Oven Barbecued Beef Brisket I
