Pear Bread I

I used crushed almonds instead of walnuts, half the sugar, and I baked them in muffin tins for 30 minutes till deep golden brown on the tops. They were fantastic.

Blueberry Coffee Cake I

I baked them in muffin tins and let me tell you, they turned out amazing. I also used plums instead of peaches. The end result, a fluffy fluffy moist cake. No one called it a muffin, because a muffin can't compare to this.

Irish Soda Farls

Just a plain peice of bread. It reminded me of a tortilla, and tasted like wonton dough. i think though, if you cut it open and stuffed it with something like cheese, pepperonis, and pizza sauce,, it would make a perfect pizza taco (:

Cantaloupe Bread with Praline Glaze

Buttermilk Oatmeal Muffins

I loved these. They were so perfect. I used apple sauce instead of oil. and I baked them at 350 for 18 minutes, since they were in a mini muffin pan.

Peach Muffins

i loved these! especially great right out of the oven. the color was amazing too. i added some brown sugar on top before baking and it gave the muffins a crisp top. the only thing i did not like was how fast they started molding, maybe my over-ripe peaches were to blame. but jeez, i put them in the fridge and the next day there were mold spots.

Glazed Lemon Muffins

They were so thick and dense i hated it. they were so heavy too. i think there was way too much butter or something. it's not what i expected from a muffin. i expected fluffy-goodness. but no, the only thing i liked was the glaze because it made the top slightly crunchy.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I blame myself for not having blueberries sand substituting with chocolate chips. I don't know how much it would have effected it but I didn't like it.
