My favorite things to cook
Chile on the night of the first freeze of the year. An entire breakfast on the grill.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I had to think about this for awhile because of coarse holiday gatherings are King. I'm going to say my favorite is , and this isn't every year, but in spurts, but it's getting together with family members on birthdays and having a simple BBQ with burgers and hot dogs.
My cooking triumphs
Being just another guy that likes to cook on the grill, triumphs are not that common, but I will say I do remember a summer gathering at the river and that like all the past trips to our sandy spot, I had my suplies and my trusty little coleman propane grill. What would make this outing differant is that we planned on 12 persons to be eating together, but around 20 showed. To make a short story shorter. I prepared and served 53 cheeseburgers on my coleman and with less than one bottle of fuel. I'll never forget that day.
