Cinnamon Raisin Bread II
I really liked this recipe, and would give the bread I made 5 stars! I did however make a few changes. I used 3 cups bread flour and 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour. I used 2 T. brown sugar, 1 T. white sugar and 1 T. honey, 2 T. cinnamon, and 1 1/2 cups of raisins. Turned out great, sweet enough, but not too sweet. Kids even love it! Will be my breakfast all week!

Ham Breakfast Braid
I have been making a recipe just liek this years, and my family absolutely loves it at every brunch we have. Great for a cool morning up north on the weekend. I add diced red peppers and sliced green onions, it adds excellent flavor. Also I reserve one egg white out of the 8 eggs, to brush on the top of the braid to give a nice crisp golden look. VERY GOOD! I would say this recipe serves about 4 adults (at least when I've made it, everyone's dug in for seconds!)

Chicken Puffs
I made this recipe for my family recently and I got my son to eat chicken...he didn't even know it was in there!! My husband and older son both loved them. There were 4 of us, and we had plenty left over. Great recipe for a cool fall night!
