I moved to Russia 5 years ago. I thought I knew how to cook until I moved here. Everything is cooked from scratch!!!! I am a mother of one son, wife and in the process of adopting 2 adorable twins -- Andrew and Natasha.

Mexican food -- all from scratch, chicken and new exotic recipes when I have the time.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making tortillas on family night -- I mix, son rolls them out and Dad cooks them! We make a great team.
My cooking triumphs
Getting a Mexican meal on the table in less than 1 hour!!! (When all has to be done from scratch -- tortillas, salsa, beans, rice etc!!)
My cooking tragedies
Trying to make two lemon pies and they both flopped and there was no dessert for our company that night.
