Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole
It wasn't stellar but it was ok. I didn't put as much cheese in and I used a medium salsa to give it a little kick. I may tweak this if I want to make it in the future.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
This was PHENOMENAL!!!! I made it to a T per the instructions and it as soooo delicious! I did have to cook mine a little longer than the recipe indicated but that was the only difference. This is making it's way into our normal rotation!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
My husband thought this was ok but I thought it was horrible. It was like mini meatloaves with no flavor and way too many breadcrumbs. Yuck. I won't be making these again. I didn't try the sauce and thank God because I think the jarred sauce was the only thing that saved this recipe.
