Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins
I followed the recipe, no exceptions, they were great. This may replace the recipe I love that uses all bran. Be sure mix in the flour just until moist to ensure light airy moist muffins.

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham
These were fine, 5# potatoes and 2 cans of soup. I prefer a more milder taste than that of adding the soups.

Panzanella Salad
This was really good, my husband especially liked it. They loved the bread along with the fresh flavors of basil and mozerella. I think I will try this with feta also sometime.
