Easy Beef and Rice
All the variations are good (as is the original) My husband's mom made this when they were growing up (back in the 1950's) You can add more soup (f you don't like it too dry) & it's easy to add mushrooms or cheese or corn ~ good filler dish for less expensive ingrediants.
