Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce

very simple and very different! my husband and I both loved this recipe. i added 1/2 lb of shrimp at the end for some extra protein and it was perfect!!!

This was so easy and very tasty, we did not find it too salty...but it is salisbury steak, so you have to expect some saltiness. Made some mashed potatoes and had 2 full meals out of it. It's always good when you look forward to left-overs!!

Throw Together Mexican Casserole

I changed the recipe by looking at what others had to say and I added one key ingredient....1 block of low-fat cream cheese. I mixed the cream cheese with the taco seasoning and then mixed it with the cooked meat. I also used Rotel instead of the tomato sauce. My husband really liked it.
