Award Winning Chili
I had never made chili before, and I thought this one was wonderful! The only thing was the carrots took FOREVER to become tender...but I guess that's carrots for you. Cut them super thin. I never thought the steak sauce would be good in this, but it added an extra kick!

Spinach Quiche
This was wonderful! I took some of the suggestions from the reviews: 1) I baked the pie crust for 5-7 minutes before I added the ingedients 2) I used 4 oz of herbed feta cheese and about 3 oz of colby jack (we didn't have cheddar) 3) I used about an ounce of butter and a little bit of olive oil 4) I added a few slices of crumbled bacon I'd never made quiche before, although I'd tasted it. Easy recipe...I will definitely make this again!

Butter Bean Burgers
I have made this several times since I discovered it. You can use bread crumbs or cracker crubs. It's great alongside a salad. My fiance, who hates any meal without meat, loved them!
