Salsafied Chicken and Rice
This dish is amazing, and is a complete hit at my table. Instead of stove top, I pour the whole thing into a cassarole dish, and then the cheese and bake it until the chesse melts...so good, and really yummy the next day warmed up..if there is any left!!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
The cookies are amazing, my fiancee's fave. I recommend only using 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups sugar, more then that, it has a tendincy to be overly sweet. otherwise, a very good recipe.
