Easy Iced Coffee

this is a great, easy recipe. i love it in the summer! i use instant coffee for a hot cocoa recipe in the winter, and i often have lots of it in the cupboard. this is such a great use for it in the summer! i added some whipped cream to the top and some chocolate shavings. my coworkers were impressed to learn that it came from my kitchen, not a fancy coffee shop!

Elvis Cookies

i wish they had 1/2 stars! i would have given this recipe 3 1/2 stars instead. these cookies were just ok. i thought they were very, very chewy. not the consistency i had expected. i thought the taste was good, but i wouldve liked more chocolate chips- 1/4 cup is barely even worth it. might as well just leave them out (or add 1/2 cup like i did for the second batch). overall, a good recipe, but i dont think i'll make these again. TIP: put a piece of bread in with the cookies and they will become softer overnight. that might help the overly-chewy-ness.

this recipe was good, but i have had a better recipe. i had trouble with the pumpkin sticking to the towel. maybe not enough powdered sugar? this recipe is tricky, so be wary! good taste, though!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies III

we were craving chocolate chip cookies tonight, but we were out of eggs. i found this recipe and i am so glad i did! they are very delicious. i love how soft they are in the middle and crunchy on the outside. i did squish them down with a fork before i put them in the oven, so i think that might have helped. i also added a few teaspoons of sugar more then called for and they tasted great!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

this was a fantastic recipe! ive always had trouble making meat loaf, but this recipe was very easy and extremely tasty! however, i did put the brown sugar and ketchup mix on top and added a few dashes of Worcester sauce. very good recipe!

Creamy Eggnog Fudge

this fudge tastes just like eggnog. its very sweet. has consistency of a soft cheese. I liked it very much. Although, i gave it a 4 because I'm not a fan of REALLY thick fudge, so I would use a bigger pan like a jelly roll pan or an 11x7 baking dish. using the square pan just made it too thick for me. i cut the pieces in half length wise. Very tasty recipe, though!

Crunchy Peanut Butter Balls

maybe i just had bad luck, but this recipe did not work at all for me. i ended up putting paraffin wax in the chocolate to get the right consistency. i also wasnt a big fan of using the microwave for melting the chocolate, so i used a double boiler instead. not much about this recipe is easy. i would recommend a different recipe using either chocolate chips and paraffin wax or flavored almond bark.

Frosted Nutmeg Logs

These cookies really do taste like eggnog! I substituted real Gold Rum instead of extract. I didn't have any half and half on hand, so instead I mixed 2 T milk to 1 T plain coffee creamer. That worked really well and it tasted fantastic!

simple.....amazing! got rave reviews about this bread. i had to cook a little longer then said time, but not much. i also made a simple cinnamon glaze to pour over the top- DELICIOUS!

Banana Bread V

this recipe was amazing! i finally made a banana bread that was moist! i did make the sugar adjustments that others suggested. i also add cinnamon and nutmeg. DELICIOUS!
