I am not an experienced baker, and these turned out perfect! The crumb topping really makes these stand out-- like something purchased at a bakery but BETTER! I will make these again whenever I have extra bananas. Thanks for a delicious recipe!

Thanks for the fantastic recipe! I am horrible at baking from scratch, but these turn out perfect every time! My family loves them, and I keep a stash in the freezer for busy mornings.

Very easy and delicious recipe! I tried to improvise with a colander for pressing the noodles as one reviewer suggested, but ended up getting a spaetzle press, which made things much easier. Definitely invest in a spaetzle press if you don't have one. I follow another reviewer's suggestion to saute the finished spaetzle with butter, chopped onions, and cheddar cheese-- delicious every time!
