One night after work , my youngest son asked for spaghetti. So I browned the ground beef, added the spices and sauce, and set it to simmer while I got the water ready for the pasta...Well needless to say there wasn't any pasta...Instead of panicing, I looked to see what I had...instant rice, hmm...and a carton of chicken broth...I put the broth and instant rice in the sauce and let it simmer together...We dubbed this "Spaghetti Slop" It is the #1 requested meal in my house now.
