Cranberry Sauce
This was the first homemade cranberry sauce I've ever made, overall the taste was good, I just thought it needed a bit more sweetness. I will use the grand mariener sauce next time, and there will definetly be a next time! Thanks for the recipe.

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing
This salad was a nice change of pace for a Thanksgiving side. I followed the directions given other than I used 2 apples, and I put in 1/2 c. of cranberries. As other reviewers mentioned it did make alot of dressing, but trust me you will use it later. Thank you for the recipe!

Easy Chicken Satay
My family enjoyed this very much which does not happen often. I did not put the chicken on skewers, I marinated the chicken and put it in the oven in the marinade as other reviewers did. I also added broccoli and shredded carrot and served with whole grain rice. Thanks for the recipe I will be using this again!
