Peach Cobbler I
This would have gotten 5 stars, because I thought it tasted great, BUT, I will use a smaller dish next time to get the peaches deeper and have enough of the wet mixture to pour over the bread. It was just a little sweet, but I'm from The South and we seem to like things sweeter. :)
