I am a Senior at the University of Florida! Go Gators! I am getting married on May 23, 2009 to the man of my dreams/best friend! I am very involved on campus and am busy 24/7, however, for most this would be an excuse to hit up the drivethru, but for me it's the complete opposite. I love coming home after a busy day and unwinding by creating a meal. It's a perfect transition time- and it's great to see instant results! Pasta, chicken, anything with cheese, basic indian curries, and I have recently begun dabbling with baking! I come from a family of restauranteurs, so food is in my genes. We own the best little Italian place in Southwest Florida. Food has always had a presence in our lives. Being in a big Italian family you learn quickly to appreciate good food. The food is very much the center of our holidays and gatherings. Our signature Valentino dishes include: Marinara Sauce, "Gravy", and Chicken soup.
