Very, Very, Very Good Cheesecake
My son,. who always is careful about his diet tasted this cheesecake when I brought it to his home for a birthdat celebration. This is what he texted me an hour after leaving the party."That was the best cheescake I have ever tasted. I've lost all my willpower. Please, NEVER BRING IT HERE AGAIN. It is simply irresistable.

Pizza Dough III
Forget about cooking this for 20 minutes. The topping was melted just right but the bottom was not cooked, actually it was white after 20 minutes. I think I will take one of your reviews and try all purpose flour and bake the dough for 15 minutes before cooking the rest at 400 degrees.

Swiss Cheese 'n' Onion Quiche
You can do just about anything and this recipe is still outstanding. After trying the original, I made another and is was delicious. Chopped an onion and cooked it in 3 tbls. butter and 2 tbls. olive oil. Added some microwavable cooked brocolli cuts and 2 cans of anchoives. Topped in with mozzarella cheese. Delicious
