Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
Needed to use up green peppers and wanted to use beef, since we were "turkeyed out" from Thanksgiving. I used the ingredient search and thought this sounded interesting. Used fresh garlic since I didn't have garlic powder and fresh tomatoes because I didn't have a can of stewed tomatoes. Having never tasted pepper steak, I don't know how it is supposed to taste, but this was delicious over rice. Our company went for thirds AND fourths, so I don't think they were just saying it was good to be polite! Ha! Ha! Thanks for an easy recipe with a great result!
