About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking and baking in general. I love trying new recipes and making my own. My favorite thing to cook is a hearty healthy meal my family enjoys.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love thanksgiving and the holidays.
My cooking triumphs
I made center pieces for my nieces 13th b-day party with western theme cookie pops. I ended up baking and decorating over 200 cookies. A lot of work that definitley paid off.

Spicy Baked Sweet Potato Fries
I love the cooking method, but used a different seasoning and made my own dipping sauces. They were so yummy they have been requested once a week atleast since I made them a few weeks ago. I love making them because they are much healthier. YUM

Chicken Cordon Bleu I
I loved the simplicity of this recipe because I was able to make it my own. I used pepperjack cheese and seasoned the bread crumbs and chicken. It was easy and delicious. My husband and son loved how juicy it was. I baked at 400 for 25 minutes. I am definitley going to be making this again.

Buttery Soft Pretzels
This recipe is awesome. Having only baked bread one time before I was a bit weary, but it was very simple and they are so yummy! I followed the recipe only changing the temperature to 400 degrees for 8 minutes. I am definitley going to make these again.
