Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy
My husband was a bit skeptical at first but he really liked it. The kids on the other hand didn't like the blue cheese gravy at all. So with that said I'm going to rate it on what my husband thought instead of my picky kids.

Great Pumpkin Dessert
I make this recipe every year and it's a huge hit. If you don't have pumpking pie spice I've always used 2 tsp of cinnamon. I usually use Pecans instead of walnuts. It's really good with a caramel sauce too. Use 1 cup butter, 2 cups ligh brown sugar, and 1 cup heavy cream. Cook over low heat until melted and well blended. Whisk sauce. Serve warm. Also make sure you chill the pumpkin dessert to set.

Flat Iron Steak with Balsamic Reduction
My family really liked this recipe. Instead of pouring the sauce over I put it into dipping cups. My husband isn't a big fan of vinegar so he didn't use his and still loved the steak. Definitely will cook again.
