To Die For Blueberry Muffins
This was a really great recipe. I didn't have any oil in the house the day I made them, so I creamed an equal amount of butter into the sugar then just mixed as normal. They were wonderfully moist and quick. Thanks for the recipe.

Beef Wellington
My partner and I thought this was fantastic. We both love meals that look fancy but when you get down to it aren't really that difficult, step-by-step. However, we did make a substitution, we're not big mushroom fans so I changed them with cashews and it turned our fantastic! If mushrooms are stopping you from making this then go for cashews.

Shredded Pork Sandwiches
I thought this was a delicious and simple recipe. My boyfriend loved it. I unfortunately don't have a slowcooker as I live in Korea, but I used my rice cooker on warm all day which worked just fine. To add a savoury element I added cloves to the fat side of the pork. It was fantastic!!!!! Thanks for the recipe.
