Caramel Popcorn
This carmel corn was awesome! We had it at a party and it was one of the things that was gone first. I couldn't stop eating it myself. YUM!

Apple Avocado Salad with Tangerine Dressing
It was a GREAT salad!!! I don't think I put enough tangerine juice in it because it tasted a little oily from the olive oil. It was a great salad. Maybe I should add some sugar to the dressing to sweeten it up a bit. Other than that it was good!

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole
It has a good flavor! I used about 4 sweet potatos for this casserole and then about a min before it was done I put a little butter and brown sugar on it again then turned up the heat to crisp it. It was a little runny but maybe if I put 5 sweet potatos it would have been good.
