This was the first time I've ever made or eaten Fried Green Tomatoes. The recipe was very good. My aunt and I loved the flavor of the breading, but didn't much care for the green tomatoes, so I made another batch using tomatoes that weren't ripe yet, but weren't green anymore (pinkish orange) and still very solid. They were great,,,mouth watering, actually! Thanks for the recipe!

Zucchini Bread II

I didn't use raisons or walnuts, instead I added chocolate chips and pecans. I also replaced 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract with Orange Extract. The ABSOLUTE BEST Zucchini Bread any of us have ever had! The brown sugar makes ALL the difference! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, it is a holiday tradition in our family!!!

Beer Batter

I had no idea beer batter from scratch was sooo easy! I'll never buy boxed again. We added "Far East Sesame Ginger Blend" by McCormick to the mix and made Sweet & Sour Pork. Absolutely Delicious!

Seven Layer Taco Dip

The best 7-Layer I've ever had! I used yellow bell pepper instead of green,,,Awesome. The cream cheese addition makes suchs a difference. Thanks so much! Will definitely make again.
