Jan's Pretzel Dogs
Made these, as directed, for a football tailgate and they were a huge hit. Everyone said they were right on. Even my chef freind came into the kitchen to see how they were made. I'll be making these over and over again.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
Great recipe. I did use 16 oz jar of medium salsa and three cans of tomato sauce. To spice it up a bit I added a few dashes of hot sauce and hot pepper flakes. A freind of mine is a food and beverage director at a local restaurant and said I nailed this recipe. Thanks

Shrimp Scampi Bake
Added some white wine and six cloves of garlic to a half cup of butter. Used frozen shrimp and baked for 10 minutes, Served over spaghetti and it was delicious. Non left and I cooked extra spaghetti. Great recipe, thanks.
