Oatmeal Banana Nut Bread
The oatmeal adds interesting texture, but I've made tastier banana bread.

Double Fudge Kahlua Brownies
Wonderful recipe! The frosting is completely unnecessary--I didn't have powdered sugar, so left the brownies "as is," and they were fantastic. I would add more Kahlua next time, to make the flavor more pronounced.

Black Bean Pasta
Quite good! I used kidney beans instead (it's what I had), upped the amount of servings, and used more red pepper... delicious! A very savory pasta.
