I am married with two boys and a baby on the way. I started helping in the kitchen at age 12, and have liked cooking ever since. I like cooking with my husband and for my family.
My favorite things to cook
I use whole wheat on all carbs (pasta, bread, biscuits, muffins, etc.) instead. I substitute brown rice for white rice. I use splenda instead of sugar. I never add salt to anything afterwards and use the salt substitute called NUsalt(potassium).

Momma's Cornbread Dressing
The only way I like my dressing! Yum! Except I make my fresh baked cornbread the night before Thanksgiving so it is cool and ready to use in the dressing.
