Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
I really thought this was just OK. No one in my family raved at all over this (which I thought they would as creamed corn is pretty much the ONLY veggie my husband will eat). I will probably wait a year before giving this another try-I do like corn kernels in my bread.

Banana Smoothie
This is a delicious smoothie. I really enjoyed how quickly it went together. Next time I will take some of the others advice and freeze the bananas. Today, I also added a kiwi and some frozen strawberries as I feel this recipe is a blank slate.

Yummy Lemon Salmon Burgers
Made these for lunch today for my 2 boys (1.5yrs and 4) and they couldn't get enough. Loved it! I made them into small, flattened rounds about the size of chicken nuggets and they ate them with the dipping sauce (recipe provided). My only change was that I Used chopped cilantro in place of parsley and in place of the basil in the mayo sauce. Yummy!
