Easy BBQ Flank Steak with Chipotle Mayo

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2009
The marinade was delicious, didn't even need steak sauce. I only marinated this steak for a couple of hours and it was enough (it usually isn't). The mayonnaise sauce was definitely not for my husband and I. It was very heavy and the pepper flavor was very overpowering.

Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes

Reviewed: May 24, 2009
This recipe was really yummy, it was a nice change from the typical kielbasa and saurkraut. I grilled the keilbasa on the bbq first to cook it. I bought fresh kielbasa so it wasn't cooked. I sliced it when it came off the grill. Also, I added about 3 sliced carrots, 1 diced onion, and 3 garlic cloves minced. Make sure to have a very large frying pan so that the potatoes brown evenly. This was really good, I will definitely make this again.

Apple Betty

Reviewed: May 24, 2009
This recipe is so delicious! I made it for the first time over the winter, I've made it at least once a month ever since. It's a very easy recipe, just make sure to peel the apples, I didn't the first time and the peels were very tough. Definitely make this!!!

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2008
What a delicous recipe. I've made it a few times and everyone loves it. It's a perfect dish for entertaining with. I also put it in on 425 degrees for the first 30 minutes and then lower the temp. down to 350, the maple syrup caramelizes nicely.
