26 now, from about 13-18 I was mom in the evenings to my brother & all our friends while my mom worked 2nd shift, so Ive been cooking since then. Lots of Hamburger Helper type stuff but I eventually branched out as my palette broadened! My boyfriend got me back into cooking lately & wanting to try new recipes. Once I get time to write down what I do with some of my own I'll post them. Right now Im just ripping everyone else's off! Italian would probably be my favorite. I like to make up weird stuff with an Italian base. Hmmm, the ever popular Goulash, which is different in every household isnt it? Rigatoni/Spaghetti/Lasagna, Swiss Steak/Tomato Beef Stew (yes thats right), kabobs on the grill, mmmmm.... kabobs.... My spaghetti is miraculous, Italians pretty good, and up until last week my fried chicken was awesome, not sure what happened but its now a tragedy. I screwed up fried chicken somehow last week, no idea what happened but it crushed me.
