I live with my dog (always taking great recipes for dog treats!) in a small town outside of Rochester. I have an unhealthy lifestyle and baking/cooking keeps me sane. I love the sense of accomplishment when I create something that people like. Edible art. I love baking cookies. Love it! I always take requests from friends as to what they'd like to eat and then I make it, add a little TLC so it's pretty and voila, delivered! Baking sugar cookies with my mother every year for Christmas and eating a ton of the dough. I NAILED my very first Chicken Divan. That's about it. I haven't been cooking or baking much since then because... well, it's a very long story but I didn't have an environment conducive to my hobby. I once made brownies (and I am the Queen of Brownies) that were just AWFUL. They were flat as pancakes and just, oh, just terrible.
