I am a 40 yr old single mom of 2 wonderful kids. I have never been interested in cooking but lately my children have taken an interest so we are all learning together. I have cooked basics all my life but am just now venturing out into unknown waters!! And guess what... It's FUN! Italian anything! Cooking in my family's small kitchen with my WHOLE family. Talk about too many cheifs and not enough indians!
