Whole-Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies
WOW! this are so good, I'm amazed that they come out so soft, being that it's all whole wheat. I used applesauce instead of butter which I was really skeptical about, first time cooking with applesauce but they were just delicious. Next time I'm going to try them with out the chocolate chips and just make them with nuts to make them more calorie friendly for me.

Ricardo's Pizza Crust
Best pizza dough I've made, I'm so glad I found this recipe. I baked the crust for a few minutes before adding the sauce. I also used 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour and the other 2 cups of unbleached flour. I've made it both ways blended the two flours and with just the unbleached flour. Now if I can just find a good pizza sauce.

Rosemary Roasted Turkey
I also thought that the measurements for the herbs need to be more, so i ended up using up 3 packages of mixed fresh herbs, sage, thyme, and rosemary. (didn't used the italian seasoning). Used about 5 cloves of garlic inside the cavity of the turkey. I marinaded the turkey over night and before this put the turkey in a brine solution. It turned out very moist and flavorful.
